Question) I tend to get startled easily. Could this have anything to do with my heart health?

I'm usually more surprised than other people. I've been surprised more often when I see people surprised.

I don't have any family history of heart disease.

I'm the type that gets surprised too easily, so it's hard for me too ㅠ
